Update: Billboard has made the news official: Bon Jovi’s “This House Is Not For Sale” takes #1 on this week’s Top Album Sales and Billboard 200 charts.
It tops the former with what Billboard reports as 128K in pure first-week US album sales. The inclusion of TEA (track sales/10) and SEA (track streams/1500) yields a consumption total of 129K, which is enough for #1 on the Billboard 200.
The album marks Bon Jovi’s sixth #1 on the Billboard 200.
Alicia Keys’ “HERE” takes #2 on this week’s Billboard 200 with 50K units. “Trolls” follows at #3 with 47K, while Pentatonix’s “A Pentatonix Christmas” (46K, #4) and Rae Sremmurd’s “SremmLife 2” (39K, #5) close out the Top 5.

Bon Jovi’s “This House Is Not For Sale” comfortably ranks as the November 4-10 tracking period’s best-selling and most-consumed album.
According to Hits Daily Double, “This House Is Not For Sale” sold approximately 124,820 pure US copies during its first week of release. Ahead of mid-week projections, the figure will easily be enough for #1 on the Billboard Top Album Sales chart.
The inclusion of TEA (track sales/10) and SEA (track streams/1500) yields an opening week consumption total of ~125,892 units. That figure will earn “This House” #1 on the Billboard 200.
Due Sunday, Billboard’s more authoritative data will differ slightly from that reported by Hits. The discrepancy will not, however, change the overall outcome. Bon Jovi’s album will be #1 on Top Album Sales and the Billboard 200.
